Prüft, ob der Pfad absolut oder relativ ist. Ein absoluter Pfad ist so beschaffen, dass die Elemente von root_path ( ) eindeutig einen Dateisystemstandort identifizieren. Die erste Version gibt true zurück, wenn der Pfad absolut ist, false andernfalls; die zweite Version umgekehrt.
